Todd Kuhns on City Council

At Monday’s study session, we visited with KirkTran board president, Terry Combs. He gave us a lot of information about this valuable community service and explained the current financial situation. He asked us to consider increasing the City’s contribution to KirkTran by $10,000. We discussed it and decided that is something we are willing to consider when it’s time to do the budget.
